Shopping on PHMsaintsperes.com is easy:
In the ESHOP, you can select between the sections SNEAKERS, ACCESSORIES,GROOMING / GOODS, BOOKS , links.
Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO BAG’ button on the product page.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the icon “BAG” on the right of the page.
Click on “Checkout” to complete your order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at PHMsaintsperes.com without creating an account.
However, register with us for free and you’ll be able to enjoy the following options:
– Track your orders and review past purchases
– Request a return or exchange directly from your account
– Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List and get an automatic warning when the items are back in stock.
– Select your favorite products and share them with your friends and family. You can also print your shopping list and take it everywhere with you!
– Save your addresses and card details so you can shop even quicker next time.

Delivery to France:
Colissimo : delivery by French Post in 48H
Europe : delivery in 24H by DHL. Minimum charge : 15€

North America : delivery in 48H by UPS. Minimum charge : 17€
South America: delivery in 48H to 72H by UPS. Minimum charge : 20€

If you have not recieved a tracking number for your order after 3 business days, please contact our Customer Service.
When will my order be shipped?
Usually, your order will be shipped on the next business day after your order has been confirmed.
Items offered as pre order will be shipped later, as soon as they become available.
How do I track my order ?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.
If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by My orders
What are the options for the payment?
We accept the following credit cards: CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal.
The option of paying by wire bank transfer is offered and is recommended for orders above 3000€. Please note however that the process of your order will be submitted to the delay of transfer (48H to 72H).

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay ?
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, the prices are calculated taxes included and there will be no extra charge.
If your order is being shipped outside the European Union, the prices will automatically be calculated without taxes, and the taxes and customs duties will have to be paid by the recipient upon delivery of your order.
The customs duties are different for each country, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Are the products authentic?
As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.
How do I return and item ?
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your item(s) back to us within 14 days after you received your parcel.
Sign into your account and under My Orders, select the order number related the items you would like to return.
Click on the CREATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why.
If you’d like to exchange an item because the fit isn’t right, choose the replacement size.
To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used. Please note, store credit is valid for three months from issue date.
Check the box to agree with our Return Policy. You will then receive an email containing your RMA number.

You can also drop the package at PHM saints peres, 50 rue des Saints-Peres, 75007 Paris, with a copy of your eshop invoice.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with designer garment tags still attached. Please note that beauty products, unwrapped high tech products and items on sale can not be returned.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. When provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
When will the refund clear on my account?
Your refund will either be issued via the same way than the means of payment used to place the order, or as a PHM saints peres store credit.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless your items are faulty.
Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
