Terms and conditions of use
ARTICLE 1 – PRICE
1.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax.
The prices are communicated in Euros.
1.2 – All orders are payable in Euros.
1.3 – PHMsaintsperes.com reserves the right to modify their prices constantly but the products will be invoices on the basis of tariff in force at the time of the recording of the orders subject to their availability.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and PHMsaintsperes.com will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Paris, FRANCE and the language of the contract is French.
ARTICLE 3 – AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
PHMsaintsperes.com offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers. We might also receive simultaneous orders which we may result in items being no longer available.
In theses circumstances, you will be notified by our customer service as soon as possible.
PHMsaintsperes.com reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
PHMsaintsperes.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by colette.fr and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
PHMsaintsperes.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Orders shipped to France will be delivered by La Poste (colissimo suivi service) or UPS.
Orders in Paris can be delivered the same day for any order placed before 12:00 (option: Paris Express). Deliveries will be organized in the afternoon between 1pm and 5pm.
If you chose, “pick up at PHM saints peres store” option, please show up with a copy of your order and your identity card, at PHM, 50, rue des Sainst Peres, 75007 Paris, Subway Saint Germain des pres.
All orders picked up at PHM will be available 24 hours after your purchase. PHM saints peres is open from monday to saturday, 11AM to 7PM. Please note that all the orders placed on fridays after 4pm, saturdays and sundays with the pick up at PHM option, will be only available in store on the next monday.
Orders shipped to the European Union will be delivered by DHL or UPS.
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union will be delivered by UPS or Fedex.
The tracking number of your order will be provided once your order as been shipped.
If the order is being shipped to a country outside Metropolitan France, you are the importer of the products concerned. In this case, the price will be calculated net of tax automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes may have to paid to the courier upon delivery of your order. These rights and sums do not concern the spring of PHMsaintsperes.com. They will be payable by the customer and raise of its whole responsibility as well in terms for declarations as for payments to the authorities qualified organisms for your country.
We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Paypal or Bank transfer.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, PHMsaintsperes.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
PHMsaintsperes.com provides with the option for you to safely store your credit card details, making it quicker and simpler to shop with us. Your full card details will never be displayed, except for the last four digits so that you know which of your cards you are using. You can delete your card details by unchecking the box “remember my payment details” on the payment page.
ARTICLE 6 – RETURN/EXCHANGE
PHMsaintsperes.com is committed to providing you with products of high quality.
If however you are not satisfied with the products you received, you can exchange or refund you the products concerned. There is a 14 days deadline as from the date of reception to return products back to colette.fr
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Sign into your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
Click on the CREATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why.
If you’d like to exchange an item because the fit isn’t right, choose the replacement size.
To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used. Please note, store credit is valid for one year from issue date.
Check the box to agree with our Return Policy. You will then receive an email containing your RMA number.
Please note that you will have to pay for the shipping back to colette.fr
Products on sale can not be returned nor exchanged.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Perfumes and Beauty products may not be returned nor exchanged.
Broken, incomplete or used products may not be returned nor exchanged, or will be returned to you and the cost of the shipping will be payable by you.
Opened electronic products may not be returned nor exchanged.
In sale products may not be returned nor exchanged. The return costs, if any, shall be borne by the customer.

ARTICLE 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the website PHMsaintsperes.com are reserved for the title of the royalty and intellectual document of title worldwide. For this reason and in accordance with the provisions of the Code of the Intellectual Property, only a private use is allowed unless special dispositions are previously made, following the code of the intellectual property. Any other use is constitutive of counterfeit and sanctioned with the Intellectual document of title except preliminary authorization of colette.fr. The offered products are in conformity with the French legislation into force. You are responsible for contacting your local authorities about the possibilities of import or use of the products or services that your plan to order as importer in your country.

PHMsaintsperes.com could not be held responsible for the inexecution of the contract concluded in the event of unavailability or out-of-stock condition of the product, of cause beyond control, disturbance or all-out strike or partial in particular of the mail service and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire. PHMsaintsperes.com will not incur any responsibility for all consequential damages because of present, trading loss, loss of profit, loss of chance, damage or expenses. This contract is subjected to the French law. The language of this contract is the French language. Complaints in legal matter must be addressed to the commercial court of Paris.

These information will be used by our services only for the treatment of your order and to personalize the communication and the offer cultural and produces reserved to the customers of colette.fr, in particular by the newsletters of colette.fr to which you will have subscribed as within the framework of the personalization of the site according to your centers of interests.

Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the colette.fr terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to colette.fr and who have authorized colette.fr to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.
ARTICLE 11 – DOWNLOADING
Prior to the payment of their order, customers must make sure they have the adequate material to read and download the different files, and verify that their Internet connection is suitable.
After verification of their payment, customers automatically receive the audio files on their computers. The download link remains active from the customers’ account during a period of 5 days.
Refund and period of withdrawal:
Similarly to the purchase of other products via downloading platforms, no refund can be authorized once the payment has been authorized.
The refund requests from customers who have changed their mind prior to the download beginning will not be taken into account due to the impossibility to verify if a customer succeeded or failed to download a file.
In case of the customers did not receive an email with the downloading links, they can contact the PHM saints peres customer service at info@PHMsaintsperes.com in the 6 months following their order.
We recommend that customers proceed to backup copies of their downloaded files in the event of a computer data loss.
